What we collect

When you submit the request-help form on this site, we collect the details you enter so we can respond and dispatch a crew:

• Your name, phone number, and email address.
• The property address where the damage is.
• The type of service you need and the description of what happened that you write.

To deliver the form and guard against spam, our server also records the time of submission, your browser's user-agent string, and your IP address, and it automatically estimates how urgent the request is from the words you used (for example, flagging "sewage" or "ceiling collapse" as an emergency). We do not collect payment information on this site.

How we use it

To call or email you back, prioritize genuine emergencies, send you an immediate acknowledgement with a reference number, and — where it helps your claim — guide you on documenting the damage. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Who it is shared with

Your submission is routed to the people and tools that actually handle the work. These service providers process it on our behalf:

• Resend — sends the office notification and your confirmation email.
• Zapier — passes the lead into our back-office tools (such as our customer records and a job log).
• Slack — receives an internal alert for urgent and emergency jobs so they are not missed.
• Vercel — hosts this website and runs the form endpoint.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces on this site and sees your IP address as part of delivering them.

If your loss becomes an insurance claim, we may share the documentation you provide with your insurer or adjuster — but only at your direction, to support your claim.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and there are no tracking pixels that follow you across the web.

How long we keep it

We keep your request and the related job records for as long as needed to complete the work, support any insurance claim, and meet our recordkeeping and warranty obligations, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your information, and we will do so except where we are required to keep a record.

Your California rights

California residents have the right under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we hold, to request a copy, to correct it, and to have it deleted. We honor these rights for anyone who asks. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CPRA, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising — so there is nothing to opt out of.
